Recently refurbished and a walk away from Syntagma Square, Parliament, the chic shopping district of Kolonaki, the National Art Gallery and many other landmarks, archaeological sites and museums, it is also easily accessible by car/public transport as Evangelismos Metro station is only a 6 min. walk.

Its interior design is a fusion of classical and modern, providing a relaxing, independent space with two large sofas which also serve as two comfortable single beds in the living room, a 32'' Flat Screen TV and two coffee tables. The apartment is perfect for large families, groups of friends or couples with children alike, as its two bedrooms boast double beds that can also split in two singles if need be. A separate space, a dining area, is also very convenient to cover all your breakfast, lunch or dining needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including fridge, freezer, a filter coffee maker, kettle, dishes and utensils. The flat includes two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the one bedroom, with a shower, while the other has a bathtub. Toiletries like shampoo and shower gel are included, as is a hair-dryer. The heating for the flat is autonomous at winter while the A/C ensures you spend those warm summer days in as cool an environment as you wish.

The apartment is easily accessible by car (parking is available upon request at an extra charge) or public transport, as it sits on a number of major road arteries enjoying a number of bus connections and the 'Evangelismos' Metro station only a short 6 min. walk away. Connections from the airport are quick and simple, with a direct connection to 'Evangelismos' Metro station in just under an hour. Driving with your own vehicle from the airport would typically only take 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.

- Stay tax (3€/night) is charged at check out.

- There is a daily cleaning service for all the Delice Appartments. Towels and linen are changed every 2-3 days as part of the Green Key program, an ecologically conscious initiative to reduce our carbon footprint. However if you wish we can change your sheets and towels daily, please do let us know if this is the case.

- Delice Appartments offer a laundry service at an extra cost, at 10€/wash (max 8kg).

- For long stays (4weeks+) breakfast is not included. You can enjoy the Delice Appartments breakfast with an extra daily cost. All the Delice Appartments have fully equipped kitchens.
